The lyrics for this song were written while sitting in traffic on the infamous I4 in Orlando, FL. The words came from a heart in reflection, of finally getting over an unfaithful ex-love and being open to the idea of falling in love again. The title Full Bloom represents self-growth after being uprooted, using tears to water the new roots finally growing in the ground. Interestingly enough, it's written from the lead singer's perspective after falling in love with her drummer.
